Cash Incentives for Retrofits

Here’s how it works: We utilize sophisticated diagnostic meters, tools, and software to analyze the performance of not only the mechanical unit, but the system as a whole, both before and after system repairs.

Measurements taken at the diagnostic "test-in" stage are compared to the manufacturer's data, and input into a computer software package called Comfortmaxx. We then crunch the numbers and generate the reports that allow a diagnosis and proposal to be formed. Once the customer-approved corrections are made, a final "test-out" of the system's efficiency will be performed, as well as an air balance, to assess the percentage of efficiency gained.

The one-time cost of the system renovation is offset by an estimated 10-30% in energy savings and cash incentives from Southern California Edison.

With HVAC Optimization Quality Renovation, you can expect lower energy costs, increased system reliability, better indoor air quality, longer equipment life, and lower repair costs associated with the longer run times of inefficient systems.
